The Bhutanese Community Association of Akron, Inc. (BCAA) is managed by three officers: president, secretary, and treasurer. Along with eight elected and four appointed trustees they form the executive committee, as described in Article 11 of the bylaws. The executive committee is complemented by an Advisory Board of seven members that is described in Article 16 of the bylaws. |
